Fête de la Science

As every year, the Polar Institute participates at the Fête de la Science, a free scientific culture event organised in Europe and in several French cities at the initiative of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation.

In Brest, the science festival takes place at Ateliers des Capucins.

For the 2022 edition, the French Polar Institute will be present on a stand at the Capucins to talk about… glaciology!
What is a glaciologist? How and why do we study ice? Where does this research take place? And what do these studies reveal?
The French Polar Institute and its staff will be present to clarify all this and answer your questions!
