Marion Dufresne’s 1st Rotation Of The Year For The Subantarctic Islands, Crozet, Kerguelen And Amsterdam.

The end of the summer campaign corresponds to the OP1 rotation of the Marion Dufresne. The last summer campers leave the districts on this rotation.

All islands are equipped with refuges to allow scientists to deploy over a very large area of the sub-Antarctic islands. With each rotation of the Marion Dufresne, the Institute’s logistics teams are deployed to these different sites in order to supply them, repair them or prepare them for the arrival of scientific projects.
